Yes. FEIYO has its own offline retail store in Quanzhou, China, but only online stores in other regions. However, please rest assured that FEIYO’s logistics delivery time will be within your expectations, and we can provide you with fast service even online.
Yes! We ship to most countries all over the world. Please note that the shipping time frame may vary according to the destination you would like your order shipped to.
For your convenience, we ship worldwide and offer standard shipping for most places: Standard Shipping (8-13 Business Days): FREE shipping on orders over $185; Expedited Shipping (3-4 Business Days): $19.95 extra charge. You can choose the shipping method during checkout.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 3 hours (work time) of your order being shipped.
Sorry for that, we did not have the overnight service. If you place an order at midnight (BJT), we will ship it to you the next day during business hours.
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
You can use Standard Shipping for PO.box(including FPO or APO) address. We don’t accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) address for Expedited (DHL/Fedex) can’t delivery, we only accept the physical address as shipping address. However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

So we suggest customers don’t take a dispute for no reason, your personal credit record will be affected, and your next shopping will be declined. If it shows abnormality or pending in a short time, that maybe a normal transport state. If it lasts a long time( over 4-7 days), you can call the USPS/DHL/FedEx to ask about what is going on about it. Or you can send us the Email to [email protected], we will help you out.

If your order is still not shipped, we can change the address for you. If it is shipped, you may have to pay an extra fee for it. If you contact the courier privately to change the delivery address, then we have the right to charge you additional fees. So if you need to change the address, please contact us first.
Yes, you can, but you need to contact us via email first after you receive the parcel. It was returned for personal reasons due to your wrong order/your dislike for it. So we will remove $10 from your refund as a loss of freight and handling fee, please kindly understand that.
If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), after confirmed, we will provide a full refund for you, but you need to contact us about the defective items via email within 2 days. If not reported, we will not issue credit. So if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please kindly contact us within 2 days after receiving your package.

In the menu bar, the Dispatch button will take you to another page, which is our platform management system. After you register and log in, you can set up your members and call groups inside. FEIYO has already borne the platform fees for all devices, and you do not need any additional fees.
Yes! If you need to purchase SIM cards or walkie talkies in large quantities on behalf of your company or organization, you can contact us by email and we will have a key account manager to provide you with an exclusive quotation!
Our walkie talkies cover over 200 countries worldwide, except for some remote islands or countries and regions that do not support roaming. Usually, we default the call area to the entire United States. If you need call permissions from other countries when placing an order, please make a note when making the payment, and we will configure the corresponding SIM card data for you. If you are unsure if roaming is possible in your area, please contact us via email!
